Q: Can the Ultraskin Advanced Skin Health System be used if I will be in the sun (i.e. at sporting events or at the beach)?

A: Keeping in mind that extended sun exposure damages the skin, it is suggested that you avoid prolonged sun exposure without protection. While on the system, you can participate in normal outdoor activity, however, your skin may be sensitive to the sun and heat. It is very important to always wear a sunscreen, like the Ultra UV Block SPF 45(Transparent of Matt finishing) in the Skin Health System, and reapply sun protection every few hours while exposed to the sun.

A: Each product in the Skin Health System is specifically designed to work together to provide you with the best results. When used as a system, the prescription-strength ingredients work to effectively balance the PH level of your skin and penetrate into the layers of your skin for superior results. Your skincare professional will guide you in using the system based on their assessment of your needs.

Q: My skin is experiencing a slight degree of redness, itchiness and a warm sensation. Is it normal?

A: Yes it is. This is due to the sudden stimulation of your skin cells. This reaction will go away after a week or two. This is normal reaction that is expected and would have been explained by your skincare consultant or physician. Allow the reaction to pass and you will notice a significatn improvement to your skin thereafter.

Q: What if my skin is sensitive, is the Ultraskin Advanced Skin Health System suitable?

A: Use the Ultraskin Advanced Skin Health System as your first treatment program. It is designed to work with all skin types. Do seek advise from your Ultraskin skincare consultant before use.

Q: Can i use any make-up whilst on the Skin Treatment Program?

A: You may use some loose powder instead of foundation or 2 way cake, as the flaking skin will seem more prominent.

Q: Can i continue with my outdoor activities during the skin treatment?

A: You may go about your normal activities, but do use any one type (transparent or matt tinted finish) of ULTRA UV Block SPF45 if outdoor activities is unavoidable. Refrain from continous sun exposure.
